Elementor Stuck On Loading - Infinite Spinner - Fix

Elementor Stuck On Loading – Quick Fix

If all other attempts to fix this have failed, try this quick-fix. If you have tried everything that is suggested in the dozens of help posts online, but it still doesn’t work, here is the quick work-around.

Please note that this will not fix the problem permanently. It will let you load Elementor in the browser to get in and work on your pages and site until you have more time to troubleshoot the actual problem.

By using this technique, you may have to repeat this every time until it’s actually fixed. Although once you have followed these steps for the first time, it’ll take just a few seconds to do in future.

Summary Of Problem

When loading the Elementor widget panel in the back end of WordPress, the spinning loader spins indefinitely which does not allow you to edit changes on your site.

The quick-fix work-around in this article does not make any changes to your site. It simply tells the browser that you are using to ignore the problem and continue to load the panel anyway.

Quick Fix Work Around

Time needed: 1 minute

Quick-Fix – Elementor Stuck On Loading

  1. Right-click on the panel that’s “loading”.

Open the page as normal to “Edit with Elementor”. When the page gets stuck on loading, right-click on the actual Widget panel where the timer is spinning around. (Note: you want Inspector for the bit that’s stuck – NOT the main body of the page. Right-click the actual loading spinner in Widget Panel that is stuck)

When you right click, the bottom option is Inspector. Go ahead and open that.

  3. Delete The Pre-Highlighted Line

When Inspector opens, there will be a line of text that is already highlighted. It reads “div id-elementor-panel-state-loading”. Simply click on it once. Now press delete (Del) on your keyboard.

Elementor in Inspector. Take out page-state-loading

  4. Close Inspector

When you close inspector, your Elementor widget panel should now be working. Be sure and close Inspector and not the actual browser. It’s the 2nd cross down as shown in the image.

Close Inspector - not the browser
