Telephone technical support isn’t actually a service that we offer, however occasionally we may talk you through some simple steps on the telephone.
So here are some of the “technical jargon” terms that we might use.
Example – “Click the Start Menu”
Example – “Then press Enter”
Example – “Roll your mouse over the Network Icon”
Example – “Now open up the internet browser”
OK – Great – Now ring us back.
