If you are shopping on our online store, unfortunately we now cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
I have decided to call-time early on “guaranteed Christmas deliveries”. This is mainly influenced by the delays that we are experiencing waiting for various bits and pieces in the post over the last week or so.
Unlike many larger retailers, I would prefer to lose a sale, than risk disappointing customers.
Furthermore as the shop closes between Christmas and New Year, any late orders may not be processed in time.
Our online Click & Collect shopping service is still live. For local orders within the KA postcode, the cut-off for online orders will be Thursday 18th Dec. However overseas orders and orders that require dispatch nationally in time for Christmas we can no longer guarantee.
Many thanks to all of our regular and frequent online shoppers from all over the country. Normal service will resume in the New Year.
