What to do if your internet browser opens enlarged (zoomed-in).
This video tutorial is really as basic as it gets. Every week we have customers bringing their computer in to be repaired when it doesn’t actually need fixed. The problem is that the web browser has zoomed in (or out) and cannot be read.
Once the customer has described the fault we don’t bother logging the machine in, instead just correct the fault there and then. This quick video tutorial hopefully will familiarise you with the zoom feature.
The reason the browser zooms in is sometimes down to multi-gesture controls on your laptop touchpad. Two fingers sliding out usually zooms in and opposite (pinching gesture) zooms out.
