2. Orders can not be sent unless you provide us with your land line telephone number. During the checkout process within Paypal you will be asked to enter your telephone number. (please enter a landline number, not a mobile). This is for verification purposes only. We safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We do not pass on your details to any third party.

3. Computroon send a delivery note with every shipment. Please read this note before opening the product packaging as with most items, once the plastic seal has been broken then the goods are often non-refundable. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery notes that come with your package. If you are in doubt about the specifications or compatibility with any of our products, you should contact us before opening the package or breaking the seal. Ink cartridges, data storage (CDs/DVDs & data storage drives) are non refundable. This will be clearly stated within the delivery notes of the package that you receive. If an item is returned, the cost of posting and returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

4. All prices stated on this site are in GBP Sterling. All prices on this site include VAT. Our delivery costs are a very competitive flat rate of £5.10 per shipment and will be clearly stated when you reach the shopping cart checkout. When ordering multiple items to be shipped together the flat delivery cost is still £5.10. So you pay only one delivery charge for all items within the same shipment.

5. We use the Royal Mail "Signed Delivery" service. Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be packed and shipped on the same day as soon as payment has been verified. Delivery times vary, and take approximately 2- 4 working days.

6. If we receive a non-verification alert from Paypal, your order will be held and you will be reaccredited the amount that you have paid. This often occurs when the card holder’s details do not match the shipping address and telephone number entered.

7. Subject to availability: Although every effort is made to keep our web site up to date with our current store stock, in the unlikely event that you order an item or product that is out of stock, or has recently just sold out before placing your online order, we will contact you to confirm that you still want to place the order. If the product is out of stock we can generally restock it the following morning from our suppliers and process your order. This may add one more working day to your order arriving so we will confirm that you still want to go ahead and place the order or offer you a complete refund if you wish to cancel your order.

8. Privacy & Security : It is our duty to handle your personal details with great care. We will neither sell, trade nor encroach them in any manner. The only details we handle are your name, address, email and telephone number. These details are encrypted with the password that you used to login, and are only accessible to you. Computroon do not at any point handle your credit card details. Once you have logged in to the shopping cart area, when you are prompted to make payment you are directed to a secure encrypted page within Paypal. Once the transaction has been successfully processed you will be redirected back to our site. At no point during the payment process do we handle your credit or banking information.

10. We use the secure Paypal online payment. This allows you the customer more options and added security when shopping online. Paypal accept a wide range of credit and debit cards whether you have a Paypal account or not.

If you would like to place an order online and receive your purchase on the same day simply place your order and pay online. Once your order is confirmed, telephone 319950 before 4pm (Mon-Sat). Provide us with your order number and we will confirm the time of expected delivery to your address the very same day. (we generally deliver between 5pm – 6pm).
Please note: you will still be charged our flat rate delivery charge of £5.10 but you benefit by not having to wait 2 - 4 working days for the items to arrive by post. Orders will be sent out by post unless you telephone ahead for same day delivery.
